Wojma Solution is founded by Wojciech Czepirski a Finland-based tech-savvy and resourceful Electrical and Automation Engineer with over 20 years of professional career including 14 years’ experience in Nuclear business. Strong experienced in Electrical and Building Technology construction, commissioning, maintenance and Olkiluoto 3 nuclear power plant operation.
Experienced in management of highly skilled professionals, project management in complex industrial projects. Results-focused with strong aptitude for identifying and resolving technical challenges. Instrumental in streamlining processes, enhancing productivity and implementing project management solutions. Exhibit excellent relationship management and communication skills across all levels.
